This plans attempts to integrate South Point Douglas with the surrounding urban fabric through the strategic creation of new roads. Then, a network of parks and community gardens will be created on existing vacant lots, scrapyards and brownfield along the railroad. Finally, new residential development will be staged around this green pedestrian network.
